CTI Infrastructure Q&A Series: Regina O'Sullivan
What is your official title at CTI? I am CTIs Controller
Give some background on what responsibilities you have at CTI within the Infrastructure team: Most importantly, my job is to ensure there is complete transparency regarding the financial well-being of our company – this includes every transaction and recommendation. Transparency is a critical component that enables our leaders to make sound operational and strategic decisions. I am responsible for preparing monthly financial statements for CTI, which include managing the accounting operations such as accounts payable, billing, payroll. I also prepare the forecast and manage our indirect rates.
From your perspective, what is different about CTI that makes it successful? I’ve only been here a short time, and I have felt so welcome, so I think it’s the people.
How does your role empower CTI’s mission? I provide financial data and analysis to help the company make business decisions.
CTI encourages its employees to retain a work-life balance. What are some ‘outside of work’ hobbies you enjoy? I enjoy staying active – running, walking, working out, to help manage stress and feel good. I also enjoy traveling with my husband. Our favorite trip was to Sedona/Grand Canyon, and we also love the beach, especially the Jersey Shore.
